About
This blog concerns my day-to-day responsibilities as a Salesforce Administrator, Developer, and Consultant. After working in the Salesforce Eco-system for nearly 15 years, there is still much to learn and experience.
I have worked as a Systems Developer, Project Manager, Consultant, and teacher teaching programming. Helping and teaching others is essential for me. There are many ways to do this. In the past, I have held multiple sessions at Salesforce Conference Dreamforce in San Francisco.

On this page, you will find articles about doing specific tasks or overcoming everyday problems and challenges. Some of these are written because I have received questions from readers, customers, or friends. Some were created because they can be helpful to others. Finally, some are written because I know I will forget, and having notes here as a way for me to remember and help others sometimes is a win-win.
